Sedition is a guild based on friendship, therefore we strive to make all our members not just feel wanted, but be wanted. In general, we do not actively recruit. If you are in fact interested in joining, the best advice we can give is to just group with one or more of us, get to know us, and bring up your interest with your friend in Sedition.
Admissions Process
To become a member of Sedition there are three simple steps.
One of the existing members of the guild will suggest you for membership. Usually this is because you have been playing with them for some time, or are a friend through other means.
In order to get to know you better, we feel that grouping with guild members and participating in guild chat is the best way. Immediately you will be invited to the guild at Rank 9, and will be treated as a member of the guild except for in the area of voting.
For two weeks, the voting membership of the guild will discuss and vote on admission, at which time those accepted will be admitted as a full guild member. The discussion and voting will occur in a message board thread that is not accessible to you, the initiate. After joining the thread will be deleted before you are given access to the Voting forum, so that you start on a clean slate.
Please consider the two week period as a trial period. There should be no hard feelings on either side whether we feel you are not the right fit for us, or you feel the same.
